Lastly, the cross is etched by hand. Each bowl is unique, and no two are alike. The ebonized Noah PrayerBowl comes in a rustic linen bag with a bundle of PrayerCards.
*The ebonizing solution is made from vinegar and steel wool. The steel wool is soaked overnight in a plastic container filled with vinegar, creating an iron solution. When this is applied to the bowl, it reacts immediately, turning the cherry wood into a rich black color.
